This Plane Landing In Oklahoma Will Make Your Palms Sweat

It was an ordinary flight on March 23, 2016, when passengers aboard a United Airlines flight took off from George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston…that is, until it was time to land in Oklahoma City.

As the plane approached the runway, it was clearly thrown off course by the wind and looks as if it might overshoot its landing. The footage shows the aircraft shaking and struggling to get on track. However, without seconds to spare, the pilot manages to straighten the plane up, and it makes a bumpy landing. See for yourself what it looks like to land in 60 mph crosswinds. It’s terrifying.

The video was taken by KFOR-TV’s Bob Moore Chopper 4 at Will Rogers Airport.
