Summertime is the best time to hit up an epic flea market. Where you can find just about anything for just the right price, it’s the perfect way to spend a weekend. So if you love a good bargain and a rare antique find, be sure to check out these 12 flea markets in Ohio you simply can’t miss this year.
1. Rogers Community Auction and Open Air Market
Open all year-round, this massive flea market is the largest in the tri-state area. Check it out every Friday from 7 a.m. till the last vendor leaves. It is located at 45625 St. Rt. 154, Rogers, OH 44455.
2. Tiffin Flea Market
Located at the Seneca County Fairgrounds, this popular northwest Ohio flea market will take place on August 20-21, September 3-4 and October 1-2 this year. Don't miss it.
3. Lucasville Trade Days
Taking place at the Scioto County Fairgrounds, camping is available on site, admission is $3 per person and the last weekend of 2016 the flea market will take place is Sept. 24-25. Mark your calendars.
4. Treasure Aisles Flea Market
With more than 64 acres of treasures, this flea market is every bargain hunter's dream come true. At $2 a car load, you can scour this flea market year-round every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located at 320 N Garver Rd., Monroe, OH 45050.
5. Trader's World
Every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., this popular flea market destination offers 11 acres of shopping. (That's a total of 16 buildings, with 850 inside vendors and 400 outside vendors.) It is located at 601 Union Road, Lebanon, OH 45036.
6. Springfield Antique Show and Flea Market
At the Clark County Fairgrounds, you can explore this epic flea market for $3 per adult on August 20- 21, September 16- 18, October 15 - 16, November 19 - 20 and December 10 - 11.
7. Hartville Marketplace and Flea Market
Featuring a 12-acre outdoor market that's a treasure hunter's oasis, this flea market holds several special events throughout the year. Regular hours are Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
8. The City Flea
Once a month at Washington Park, Cincinnati's urban flea market takes place with more than 300 vendors. The end of summer and fall dates for the market are August 20, September 17 and October 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
9. South Drive-In Flea Market
More than 200 vendors are featured at the largest outdoor yard sale and garage sale in Columbus since the 1970s. This flea market is open every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is located at 3050 S High St., Columbus, OH 43207.
10. Jamie’s Flea Market
"The Largest Flea Market in Northern Ohio" features 200 inside vendors and up to 400 outside vendors. This flea market is also open all year round every Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is located at 46388 Telegraph Rd., Amherst, OH 44001.
11. Four Seasons Flea Market
With space for up to 400 vendors, this flea market definitely takes some time to explore. This market is open all year on Wednesdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is located at 3000 McCartney Rd., Youngstown, OH 44505.
12. Hocking Hills Market
Also open all year round is the Hocking Hills Market in Rockbridge, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from sunrise until 5 p.m., where you can hunt for unique indoor and outdoor treasures. It is located at 26792 US Highway 33, Rockbridge, OH 43149.
