The holiday season is starting soon, so gear up for some winter fun. San Francisco offers plenty of activities and events that will knock your socks off. Celebrate the holidays in style this year at this enchanting spot!
Winter Walk SF is an emerging tradition featuring a holiday plaza in the heart of Union Square. This is the 4th year for Winter Walk in San Francisco.
This festive display happens for 5 weeks from November 25 – December 31. In Downtown, the walk takes place on two blocks of Stockton Street (between Geary St. and Ellis St.) around Union Square.
Walk around the shops and admire the decorated windows. For example, Macy's in Downtown has SPCA Holiday Windows with Christmas ornaments.
There will be entertainment certain evenings for Winter Walk like caroling by the fabulous Dickens Fair Coventry Carolers. Winter Walk will surely be the place to be this holiday season.
Union Square transforms into a winter wonderland. The Christmas tree in the middle of Union Square is a sight to see.
The holiday spirit is so strong here that even the horses get dressed up!
The streets of Downtown will be filled with holiday merriment and San Francisco style wackiness too.
