Named Letchworth Village after William Pryor Letchworth, it was set up much like a college campus with multiple small buildings in an attempt to avoid an institution-like feel. It seemed like a great idea… in theory. But instead, what happened at that Rockland County, New York facility was nothing short of a nightmare. Just watch:
