There are so many lovely little towns in New Jersey and I recently discovered another. I’d heard the name in passing before but didn’t realize all it had to offer until now. Visitors will enjoy an abundance of nature, beautiful lake beach, and even a few businesses worth checking out. It’s also got a rich history! Read on to learn more…
Pictured is Route 46, running through the town. It occupies about three square miles of land at an elevation of over 800 feet. You'll find it located near the more bustling towns of Dover and Rockaway, which offer more shops and restaurants...Mine Hill is more about nature.
This park straddles the border of Mine Hill, Dover, and Randolph. The 380-acre county park offers beautiful wooded trails, waterfalls, a lovely brook, boating on a 6-acre pond, ball fields and recreational facilities, and more! It's a great place to spend the day exploring.
