Don't Miss The Epic Grand Re-Opening Of New Jersey's Iconic Asbury Lanes

New Jersey is home to some pretty incredible music venues, many of which are in Asbury Park. From The Stone Pony to The Saint, Wonder Bar to House of Independents, you’re never far from good music. A favorite venue, Asbury Lanes, sadly shuttered its doors…but it’s now back and even better than before.

Asbury Lanes started out as a bowling alley back in the 1960s.

It eventually expanded into an alternative music and arts venue with a focus on punk rock.

It opened, closed, opened, and closed again (in 2015). Now renovated, the venue is back in business.

The official reopening celebration will be held on June 18th and will feature a performance by legendary New Jersey rocker, Bruce Springsteen.

The summer lineup is spectacular, offering a variety of acts including Lupe Fiasco, Talib Kweli, and Turtle Soup.

But music isn't all you'll find. You can still bowl, of course - there are 6 lanes.

And, because it's New Jersey, you'll also find a diner at the venue. You'll love the retro charm and the disco fries!
