There’s no experience like growing up in a small town.  With its many pros and cons, opinions vary as to its value.  However, there are some undeniable reasons that this type of upbringing is actually pretty great.  Whether it’s value, room to play, or lifelong friends, growing up in a small town has its perks.

1. Whenever some sort of crisis or tragedy happens, people are there for you. Did you just have a baby? Neighbors will bring you hot meals for weeks.

2. You get to experience the best sunrises…

With a clear view of the horizon, it's easier to see the beauty of dawn.

11. You can breathe in clean, fresh air.
