With the diversity of back drops including mountains, plains, rivers and lakes, city skylines and more, it makes perfect sense for a film maker to choose Missouri to film in. Here are a few of the movies that were filmed at least partially in this state.
Filmed mostly in St. Louis, starring Kurt Russell, Lee Van Cleef, Ernest Borgnine and Donald Pleasance, and directed by John Carpenter.
