In Mississippi, great hiking spots are practically as plentiful as blue plate specials. And with so many incredible trails, it’s easy to overlook a few. But one you definitely don’t want to miss is the state’s only treetop trail. Not only unique, the trail also features magnificent scenery and loads of history. Take a look:
Get to Chautauqua Park by taking exit 72 on I-55. Then, drive east to Highway 51 and turn right into the park’s entrance, which is about one mile ahead. The park is located at 114 Chatauqua Dr., Crystal Springs, MS 39059.
