Windy Hill Farm Sugar House is a true, old-fashioned sugar shack. While it may not look like much from the outside (actually, it looks a bit like a lean-to stuck to a boiling shed), inside you’ll find the sweet smell of fresh maple syrup and a homestyle hospitality that will warm your bones.
This is a family-run operation that has been churning out locally-produced maple syrup for generations. It’s run by true New Englanders and has a charm that you’ll struggle to find anywhere else. This isn’t a trussed-up "authentic" experience – this place is the real deal.
