Anyone who’s spent a summer in the South knows that the season often brings with it extreme weather. Sometimes it’s scorching temperatures and other times, like this week in Louisiana, it manifests in a chaotic tropical storm. The recently-formed storm Cindy promises plenty of rain and could even account for flooding along Louisiana’s coast. Here’s more on this weather system:
