The 185-acre park is nestled between the Vermilion Bay and the West Cote Blanche Bay.

And it's only a few miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
Picnic tables and pavilions are scattered along the half-mile stretch of beach, so you can enjoy a lovely picnic while enjoying the water.

Fishing, crabbing, water skiing and sailing are very popular.

There’s a few piers to fish off of, and there’s also a boat launch just outside the park.
