13 Must-Visit Thrift Stores And Consignment Shops In Indiana Where You’ll Find Great Deals

Yesterday, we took a look at some (not all) of the flea markets scattered throughout Indiana. How about thrift stores (also known as junk stores)? The most common one that probably comes to mind is Goodwill. While Goodwills are scattered all over the state, it is not necessarily the best junk store you can shop at.

1. Second Time Around

Second Time Around is the name of a consignment shop located at 609 W Commerce St, Brownstown, IN. You can find upscale women’s clothing and accessories here.

2. Plato’s Closet

There are Plato’s Closets all over the state of Indiana. This is a great place to go if you are shopping for cheap and gently used clothing (especially for a teenager). What is unique about this establishment is that you can also bring in gently used clothes and sell them or trade them for store credit. View their website to see an official list of the locations in Indiana.

Personally, I go to thrift stores for children’s clothing and toys. That being said, you can find just about anything at a thrift store, and mostly at a great price! Sure, you can always head to Goodwill during the days of the week or month when they have stuff on sale. However, you might consider checking out one of the other thrift stores on this list! Can you think of one we forgot to mention? Tell me your favorites in the comments below!
