Boise Fry Company has five locations in southern Idaho including three in Boise, one in Meridian, and one in Nampa. Their specialty is bringing you the most incredible fries you've ever tasted! Their motto is "Burgers on the side."
They don't mess around when it comes to fry preparation. They certainly studied up on fry cooking methods in order to settle on a method that is both unique and absolutely delicious.
What makes these fries so good is that they are locally sourced from M&M Heath Farms in Buhl, Idaho. During the frying process, the potatoes retain their nutrients. BFC doesn't peel or add anything to their potatoes as filler. The potatoes are fried in non-GMO sunflower seed oil, which is low in saturated fat.

Oh, and their burgers aren't too bad either! Actually, the burgers are just as exciting as the fries. Again, BFC uses local and grass-fed meat (beef or bison) for their burgers, and this is really apparent in the flavor.
If you're a non-meat eater, don't worry! BFC has your back. Their vegan burgers are made of organic black beans and quinoa and they are delicious!
As far as burger toppings go, you can choose one of three preparations (Original, Classic, or The Heat). These preparations are kept simplistic, but with a modernized twist to them to make these burgers truly unique. You've never tasted a burger like this before!
