4. Friday Night Lights was your reality every Friday during football season.

5. Bonfires were the choice source of entertainment on a Saturday night.

6. You had friends whose parents picked them up from school in a dualie with 26-inch wheels.

8. The football coach was the baseball coach, the basketball coach and your math teacher.

9. Your teachers knew you and your family on a personal basis.

10. You heard the phrase, "I had your mom or dad in my class" on more than one occasion.
