5. Take a sunset cruise.
Chances are, there are at least a few of these near you if you live in Florida. Some focus on dolphin-spotting, some on gambling, and some on just relaxing with a glass of champagne. Just choose the one best suited to you.

9. Check out one of our many cool museums.

10. Find a local Oktoberfest celebration.
Pictured here is Dunedin Brewery's Oktoberfest, but there are sure to be Oktoberfests all over Florida in the coming weeks. Making sure your date appreciates beer as much as you do first is probably a good call.
11. Explore a local farmer's market or arts market.

12. Get lost together in a corn maze.
