When you think of the places with the best barbecue, a few states probably come to mind, like Texas, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. Florida probably never crossed your mind, right?

We did a little investigating, and it turns out TripAdvisor released a list of the states serving up America’s best barbecue last summer.

There's no update yet on whether this will be an annual list or a one-time thing, but we were still thrilled to find the Sunshine State in the Top 10.

It’s also worth mentioning that Mental Floss recently released a list of The Best Barbecue Joints In All 50 States, and Al’s Finger Licking Good Bar-B-Que in Tampa was their choice for Florida.
