The Sumpter Valley Railroad is a steam-powered narrow-gauge heritage railway located in Eastern Oregon.

A variety of different excursions take place throughout the year, including special Wild West-themed train robberies.

The whole family will love this thrilling trip back in time.

The excitement begins with the Gold Rush Bandits, a historic shooting group, taking over your train.

Watch as the bandits climb aboard, take the conductor hostage, and then ransack the train for gold.

You'll get a front-row seat to all of the heart-pumping action.

The horseback-mounted bandits use period firearms (props, of course) and other authentic details to make the experience as realistic as possible.
