1. Plunder the Delaware Bay.

5. Sink or swim in the Cardboard Boat Regatta.
Seaford is host to the 3rd annual Recycled Boat Regatta on August 6, 2016. Create your own cardboard boat to participate in the event, or just show up to cheer on your favorite teams. They offer awards for fastest, most whimsical, best team effort and of course - the Titanic Award for the most dramatic sinking. After all, these are made of cardboard! 6. Hit the trails with Sunset Stables.
Sunset Stables in Bear, Delaware is the only public trail riding stable in the state. Explore the beautiful trails around Lum's Pond State Park on one of their trusty steeds, which are safe, well trained and appropriate for any level rider. 7. Watch for whales and dolphins off the Delaware coast.
Dolphins and Whales are both common in the Delaware bay off of Lewes - and with a charter or a cruise from Fisherman's Wharf, you'll be able to spend some time watching them play, hunt, and hang out in their favorite waters.
