Tucked away in the heart of Pueblo lies the must-visit Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo (or Pueblo Riverwalk); a "32 acre, urban, water based recreational environmental education Riverwalk amenity that is publicly owned and free of charge to all populations within the region."
Originally proposed to the city in 1995, "Pueblo's Happy Place" is considered to be the gathering spot for city residents that features popular excursion boat tours...
While we recommend partaking in everything that the Pueblo Riverwalk is famous for, we also recommend checking out this little known activity that you can also do on the historic Arkansas: taking a slow and romantic gondola ride.
Running from May through October, the Pueblo Riverwalk gondola rides feature Gondolier's that will either sing to or tell you all about the area's rich history, making for a unique experience you will not find anywhere else.
