Leaving from the Santa Fe Depot in Canon City, The Royal Gorge Route Railroad's Wine-Themed Train consists of not only a 3-hour trip along the scenic Arkansas River, but a menu of such decadent foods as a Fresh spinach salad with a hot bacon mango vinaigrette dressing, Elk carpaccio with a drizzle of mixed berry balsamic glaze, and a Panna Cotta for dessert.
