The fitness portion of Improper City will include a modified bouldering concept as well as fifty yoga and fitness classes offered each week. Rayback’s contribution will include an indoor bar area and an outdoor beer garden with what will be Denver’s largest outdoor patio (12,000 square feet), There will be an indoor cafe, and they also plan to bring in a rotating roster of Denver’s finest food trucks to be parked outside. In addition to the fitness and socializing aspects of Improper City, there will also be a designated area for co-working spaces and an indoor stage and event area that will host live music, art, and other community-led events.
