The One House In Denver That Turns Into A Magical Holiday Wonderland Each Year

As you walk through the festively decorated rooms of the Governor’s Residence at Boettcher Mansion, you may feel as though you have stepped onto the stage of one of the holiday classics that many of us cherish. Each year, 6 rooms of the Capitol Hill mansion are beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. This year, each room’s theme was inspired by a Christmas classic performed in Colorado each year.

Free holiday public tours of the Governor’s Residence are being offered December 7-10 and December 14-17 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Reservations are not accepted to this open house-style tour, and docents will be present to answer questions. The Governor’s Residence at Boettcher Mansion is located at 400 E. 8th Street in Denver.
