Let’s face it: After a long day of classes or work, there is nothing better than kicking back with a beer and a plate of deep fried potato perfection. Lucky for us Coloradoans, there are several restaurants that have perfected this side dish, including:
Confession: I'm a HUGE ranch eater and love to dip my fries into the creamy perfection. At Cherry Cricket, I couldn't even bring myself to dip because it would have taken away from the delicious taste of the bare fries--they were THAT good.

Words of advice: whenever you come upon a hole-in-the-wall establishment, stop in, stay awhile, and enjoy the greatest food you'll ever taste. Cy's burgers and fries are the epitome of hole-in-the-wall goodness!
No matter how they cook it (mashed, baked, etc.), your potato at Sagebrush is guaranteed to be epic--but their fries are truly out of this world!
