It's in Fort Smith on 115 North 10th St. Suite A 107, just off of Garrison Avenue.

This is the Strawberry Snowcone Sundae. It's Strawberry shaved ice on top of a scoop of vanilla ice cream, topped with marshmallow cream crushed pineapple, and garnished with whipped cream and a cherry.
