There have been rumors that Toltec Archaeological State Park in Scott has more than what meets the eye when it comes to the burial mounds. Some visitors have reported seeing strange lights on the grounds at night, as well as feeling an unearthly presence when walking near the mounds. Rumor has gone as far as to say that the burial site was imagined as pyramids, as opposed to the large mounds of earth we see today.
