Alex Meraz was born in Mesa and went to school in Tempe before making his debut in Terrance Malick’s 2005 film, The New World. If you watched the Twilight series, you’ve probably already seen Meraz shirtless numerous times.
Did you know she was born in Tucson before relocating to San Francisco? Barbara Eden’s role as the title character in I Dream of Jeannie certainly earned her a spot as one of the many beautiful people to hail from our state.
