Tern Lake is located just off the Seward Highway and is an extremely photogenic spot in Alaska. I highly suggest stopping the next time you're driving past and gracing your camera with its presence.
If you're in the vicinity of Skagway, then you really should make a special trip to the Taiya Inlet. It is absolutely unforgettable with its mountainous backdrop retreating into the distance. GO, you can thank me later.
